I have given up on FTD and other means of getting my flowers places as I hate when I pay for full priced flowers at my end from my favorite local flower shop . . and they get delivered at the other end by some place called ""Cut rate flowers"" or ""Discount flowers"". No matter how nice the flowers are . . .they make me look cheap.\r

So when I needed to send flowers to a relative who was in an gainesville hospital- I put Yelp to the test and found ""The Sunshine Florist"" . . .and enchanted I was from the moment they answered the phone.\r

The woman on the phone was very accommodating. When I said I needed a certain kind of flower she didn't have- she said could have it by the next day and that she would make me a lovely arrangement. She even ended up giving me a discount on the whole thing making me feel like a valued customer which is oftentimes hard over the phone.\r

And the reaction from my relative when the flowers were delivered was worth any price! The flowers were beautiful and really made her day. And the arrangement was absolutely artful!\r

This is probably not the cheapest place to get flowers , but if you want high quality flowers, arranged by a staff who is personable and accommodating, you have found your new florist.\r

And Sunshine Florist goes in my book of florists that I am now happy to call on to represent me when I need to send something special that I am proud to have my name on!\r
