The first time I met Bill from Red Oak Realty he was selling a house to my neighbors. He then came to look at my house and afterwards I called him and asked him some questions. He followed up and answered all of my questions really thoroughly. He was really helpful and great at remembering every little detail.
Bill was patient, kind, and helpful. He really knows the area I live in, the real estate market, and about things like refinancing. He just has a lot of good information. He's always responded very helpfully, kindly, and thoughtfully to anything I've asked him about. I haven't even a purchased a home through him or anything like that, but I've asked him a lot about real estate. He's a delight.
