I brought my 57"" Panasonic Wide screen ""FX"" TV for conversion adjustments. This problem had already been fixed by another ""Panasonic authorized company"" in the past, so before I brought it to them, I asked if they were authorized repairmen and they said ""yes"". They took my ""check up fee"" and they gave me a quote which I authorized and two weeks later they called me back, When I walk in, for no reason at all, I asked them to turn it on to test it, which thankfully they did. As soon as it came on, this oriental guy said ""there it is, look at that beautiful picture"" about three times. I looked at him and looked at the picture on the tv, I thought he was blind, dumb or he thought that I was ignorant. By the third time he said ""look at that beautiful picture"" I still could not believe him. I just had to stop him asked him because the tv looked the same. The TV had not been fixed. It's been close to 2 months and I doubt they will fix it now. They should check their stuff before calling us the customers. I wasted my time and I still had to pay the extra guy I had hired to help me handle the tv. Not satisfied.
