Review content:
I recently took the chocolate making class at The Transformation Studio. It started out very, very basic (i.e., dipping strawberries and premade cake balls in melted chocolate) but proceeded to creating personalized chocolate candy on a granite slab, and using transfer sheets, which was fun. Throughout the class, Sarah gave good information about working with different kinds of chocolate and even hinted that an advanced class may possibly be coming in the future. I would say this class is a great choice for someone at the beginner level - my daughter would have loved it - and be sure to get on the email list (or FB, or whatever people do these days) if you are interested in a more advanced class in the future.
