Review content:
I was shocked to find out that JOHN DEERE does business with companies like this. John Deere alleged top customer service representative Kimberly is allowing dishonest business practices in South Daytona Florida. John Deere Service representatives are looking the other way. I own a JOHN DEERE JS-30 Self Propel lawn mower. I purchased from Lowes. The lawn more stopped working cause the spring in the transmission sheared off. I called John Deere and spent a 1/2 hour on the phone. The customer service at John Deere showed me how to look up the part on line. Customer service made it clear the part was under warranty and there will be no charges that I just had to take it to a John Deere dealer. Customer service gave me the address and phone number to the nearest shop. It was South Daytona Beach Tractor & Mower. Which is approx 1/2 hour away from my home .I called and they told me to bring it in. Gas priced over $3.50 a gallon this trip was going to cost me. I dropped the lawn mower off at the dealership with the understanding that there would be no charge. It is covered under the warranty. About 10 days later I went to pick up my lawn mower. \r
