Review content:
I have used Mark Davis plumbing in the past and I have always been satisfied. However, I will NEVER use this plumber again based upon my last experience. Both of my toilets were not working. Mark (himself) came out and ""fixed"" them. I went to flush a toilet and the handle wouldn't even work! I called him back. He was supposed to show up at a certain time, but did not show nor did he call. I called him to find out what happened and he said another job took longer than he thought. He made a promise to be there within a certain number of hours. He did arrive an to his credit, he did not send me a bill although I was quite willing to pay for parts but not the subsequent visit. Unfortunately, both toilets still ran periodically so I called him again. He made an apt for 1 pm, and even called to confirm--no show and no call. I have called him since at least twice, and he will not return my phone call!! What kind of service is that?
