Review content:
I have been a patient at a few general practice offices, but this office has been the worst. I had to sit in a dressing gown in one of the examination rooms for almost an hour before seeing anyone. Also, I have had HUGE hassles trying to get paperwork filled out at this office. The receptionists do not communicate with each other. After dropping off my paperwork, I was told to drive back to the office (I live about 20 min away) the following day. Two days later, I drive back to the office, and I was told that no receptionist should have said that to me and the paperwork was not finished. I wasted quite a bit of gas at this point! I will now have to drive back a third time to pick up the paperwork...I'm going to medical school now, and I will be using these experiences as poor examples when training the future staff of my practice!!
