I walked in wih a problem. I asked at the counter who would be up for a challange? The manaer immediately came to my aide I had to find a shoe that would fit over a brace. Let me tell you how hard that manager worked to find 2 pair of shoes that would work for me. She went from men's shoes and to every part of the store to help me find what would work. She searched other stoes and kept in mind my budget. Wow! It was my first experience going into a DSW store. I bought 3 pair of shoes and it turns out because of all this hard work that this manager did for me that the work boot she chose for my brace my husband can wear when my foot heals. I have not seen this type of customer service in a long time. I congratulate the person who had the good sense to hire this hard working young lady and I would do anything to keep her. You now have a new customer and plan on telling my friends and family of the great service I received. Thank you!
