We were very disappointed with the services of this company. Our daughter and two other girls rented an apartment while at college from this agency. The apartment had several small issues, unfinished trim, etc. The rental agent told many things that were not true like you're the first tenants in this apt. That a powder room would be put in under the stairs and you will get your security deposit back! Invoice had bogus charges and the girls did not receive their full security deposit. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Owner and rental agent were not concerned with customer service. Why should they be? You've paid everything you owe them and they know you won't rent from them again. BEWARE
