Terrible Service!!!\r
Called to make an appointment for same day service as they advertise and was scheduled for 3 days later. Strike one. I was given a time slot between 3-5 and at 5:10 was contacted and was told they were running late from their previous job and would be at my house in 30-45mins (understandable) but a call before my time slot was over would have been nice to allow me to adjust my plans for the day. Strike two. I left to drop my son off for tutoring and at 5:50 was called and was told they were a mile away and i told them I would be there in 5-10 mins. I got held up and after 10 minutes had passed they called me again and I told them I was running late and I would be there in 5-10 more mins. I arrived in 13 minutes and they were already gone. So its ok for me to wait almost 4 hours for them to show up but they cant wait 23mins for me. Strike three. After numerous phone calls went to their voice mail I finally got an answer on an alternate number and was told I made THEM wait too long and the boss told them to leave and they could reschedule me. I told them no thanks and asked to speak to the owner. Then I'm told he is one of the owners so I asked who is the boss that told you to leave then. Turns out its the guys wife who again offers to reschedule me. I tell her no thanks and let her know they would get a bad review online. Then I get harassed by a text message saying ""post what I want just don't lie"". To which I replied unless you can come back and do the job that was promised today we have no further business to discuss and please don't contact me again. Then she says ""sorry I texted the wrong person."" Lol what a sham of a business!
