Rats and roaches! I say again, rats and roaches! This is in the apartments on stafford avenue. The landlord will avoid work until you send him a letter threatening escrow and then will berate you and blame you for the faults in his apartment. They won't actually fix anything, just band aid it, and they'll try to hold your security deposit when you say you don't want to renew your lease. Beware of these slumlords!
