I visited the lingerie dept. in Dillards Santa Fe. I was the only shopper in the department except for one woman who seemed to know the saleswoman (the conversation was about something other than lingerie). I picked out about 6 bras to try on, taking about 7-10 minutes to do so. During this time, I was never greeted by the salesperson. I walked past her and the other customer and paused at a rack close to the fitting room. She looked towards me but said nothing. The other customer left as I went into the fitting room. During the 10 minutes I was in the room, the salesperson actually came by to, I'm guessing, check for items left in the other two rooms. She said nothing, didn't check in or offer to find another size. I left the dressing room and walked by her as she was on a personal call at the register. \r Several months ago in the same department the salesperson offered help. I declined because I didn't need anything and she followed up with, ""well I would NEVER buy a Spanx bra, they're awful"" as she saw I had one in my hand leaving the fitting room. I bought it anyway because I have had good experiences with their product. I left wondering why I bought something from someone who insulted my choice.\r I will not shop in Dillards Santa Fe lingerie department again. There is a Victoria's Secret in the same mall as well as Ross, TJ Maxx and Kohls nearby. The salespeople I've encountered in this department have assured me that I can get far better service and treatment elsewhere.
