I recently bought my first KTM used with lots of problems. Sun has been very helpful in getting me fixed up. Parts guys are really hepful and prices are reasonable. Apparel is priced well and the employees have been very helpful (haven't had anyone try to push anything on me). Service is also great... first time I brought in my carb and they checked it out for me (no charge)... second time I brought in my stator and they again checked it out for me no charge (this saved me $170 because my resistance check was inconclusive and I would have replaced an additional part that was not damaged). I haven't dealt with the sales folks, but my feeling is this is a well run customer friendly business.
