Review content:
These folks have done some signs and banners for me in the past. Their work was satisfactory and their service sufficient. I had trouble with one of my banners not wearing well and they did replace it, but only after some arm-twisting. They just have a "chain store feel" to me. (I guess because they are!) When you meet with them to discuss your project, they just have you standing at the counter. And sometimes, it takes a while. Personally, I'd rather sit down and chat and I'd like to get the feeling that they are invested in my success as a business person, not just another number.
In fact, I emailed them a file for a sign yesterday (24 hours and counting) asking for a quote and some suggestions. I've still heard nothing--yet they added me to their annoying email marketing list.
I think it's time to seek out a mom and pop shop.
