Review content:
I love my home and had the faith that Westridge would build a quality home. Even though it appeared beautiful inside, there were several problems that a new home should not have. There are numerous air leaks, foundational and construction problems that they refused to fix. Yes, they came out to appear that they are concerned and are going above an beyond but refused to fix the true problems because they realized the construction mistakes they made would be costly to fix. A simple example, ants were in my home a few months after move in. Instead of resolving the problem, they said sorry and caulked the inside where the ants where. I stated they should try to figure out how they got in from the outside in the first place to prevent a future occurence. They refused. This is only one of numerous issues, but they took my money and put together a home that I had saved up years to build and now it has to be torned down because of all the construction and foundational issues. All I want is my dream house I saved up all those years to have; instead received shoddy construction and I am out all my money and don't have anymore money to fix all the problems that if they paid more attention to detail and managed the construction, this would not have happened.
