I experienced nothing but a headache the entire time living at Shamrock Pointe. In my opinion the management is poorly run, for example:\r

-my apartment was not cleaned when i was given the keys\r
-after supposedly recleaning the apartment it was still not cleaned and i had to clean it myself\r
-several things were broken in my apartment when i moved in\r
-there was no move in or move out inspection done\r
-it was very hard to reach management and many times the voicemail was full\r
-i had to constantly state on management to get someone to address issues with the apartment\r
\r
i attended undergrad and am now in gradschool at IU and this past year has been my worst experience thus far. I think my rating is a better representation of the overall quality and experience of living in a Pendragon run property. I hope this helps others make an enlightened and educated decision before signing a lease with this company.
