My son is in Iraq fighting for his country. I am dog sitting his Great Dane until he returns. I called to get the dogs shot/medical history as I need to take him to the vet. These people refused to give me ANY information on the dog without his signature. They are using the fact that they have his records to try to make me bring the dog to them. All they have done is insured that I NEVER use their services. If you are in the military or have family members in the military stay as far away from this vet as possible as they have no consideration for those of use who take care of their animals.
