Terrible customer service - rude, intrusive, completely clueless about how to treat customers. \r

The company pulled a blatant bait and switch - quoted one price and then once they arrived at the site, claimed that the job was more work than initially stated and - get this - the assistant at the office claimed that because it was a holiday week there was a need for increased fee. \r

Stay away from these people. Unprofessional, clueless about how to do their job, and pulled tactics that one would associate with a disreputable company. \r
