I used Claudette’s to cater my Dad’s 80th birthday party a few weeks ago. I had never used a caterer before, but I didn’t want my mom to have to lift a finger for this party; no preparation and no clean up. Dad requested Polish comfort food and being that he has been blessed to eat my mom’s amazing cooking for 58 years, Claudette’s had some big shoes to fill and some high standards to meet. Claudette’s surpassed every expectation! The food was delivered on time and was hot, fresh and ready to eat. Everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. The boneless, breaded pork chops were incredibly tender and Dad’s favorite-hands down! Even my usually finicky kids ate everything and were asking for more. No problem there either, the portions were generous and there was plenty for everyone. My mom was so pleased with everything that she wants to hang up her apron and have Claudette’s cater all of our family gatherings from now on. I can’t wait to try more of the endless varieties of food that Claudette’s offers. There is truly something for everyone! I highly recommend Claudette’s for the quality of the food, large portions, great prices and professional service.
