I used Bill Harris's tree service to have my cat removed from a tree. They charged me 100$ to climb up a tree on a ladder and do nothing. They did not capture the cat only scared it further into the woods. The cat is still missing and I'm out 100$. I than informed him I needed my trees trimmed and was given an estimate the same day. Thirty days later I scrounge up the thousands of dollars Bill Harris requested and after I have gotten his NON REFUNDABLE permit funds he tells me he no longer would like to get involved in the tree trimming of my home. We had a written agreement on price and I gave him approval to start. After all this he sends me a text telling me to find another tree service. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL would not recommend to anybody look for these types of services.
