Review content:
These all are true. I worked for them in 2004. I went in for a job lead and because my daughter was cheerleading with one of the ladies they asked me if I wanted to work for them in the office. My daily routine was to make calls to people on lists and get them to come in to fill out applications. These were pure cold calls and there were no jobs tied to any of these phone calls. After their names were in the file cabinets, then as jobs came up I would rifle through the file cabinet searching for candidates. There were many instances where a person was qualified for a job but I was not allowed to hire them because of their race or sex. Many times a woman was qualified for a job but they would tell me that ""this employer wants a man for the job"" or a black man or woman was qualified and they would say ""this employer wouldn't hire a black person."" I don't know if it is true or not about the employers but in my opinion, it felt like flexible staffing were the racists and biggots. I got fired yes, but I am not a disgruntled employee, but sickened by the type of people they are.
