They have come by two or three times. All of the times, they came toward the early part of the time they said they would, with notice at 30 and 10 minutes until their arrival.
One of the visits was for my water heater. It was a very good experience. They explained to me what happened and what caused the corrosion. Then they gave me advice on what to do and what to look for in the future. It was a very quick visit.
The second time, they changed out two toilets in my mother-in-law's house. There was no pressure toward buying whatever brand. The plumber just gave the pros and cons and all that of each. He was very helpful with answering our questions and quick as well. I'm very happy with Cabrillo Plumbing.
