Absolutely NO professionals to be found on the property. I had only on thousand miles on my new Jeep when I took it in for service with a growing list of warranty issues. Three days later with no loaner car, I was called and told it was ready. \r
Not one issue was repaired, and the steering was made worse than it was when I took it in. The service writer made sure to call me just before closing time to avoid any confrontation when I picked this P.O.S. up. \r
My service paperwork was littered with the words \r
""No Problem Found"".\r
And when you don't give a da@n about a customer this is the case. I assure you, if you buy from any of the Helfman Dealerships you will have no problem finding a problem once they have your money. \r
