After having my hair highlighted at this salon for the first time my stylist dumped me on some newbie to have my hair washed and then was left in a chair to style my own sopping wet hair!! Never in 12 years of having my hair highlighted have I been treated this way. I was presented with the option of paying $40 and waiting 20 minutes (after having been there over 2 hours already) to have my hair blown out. Well not being Jennifer Aniston I decided against this option. I'm not sure how my stylist can provide a service and then not even be able to see the results when she doesn't dry my hair. Had they set proper expectations when I set the appointment this could all have been avoided.
Pros: Clean environment
Cons: $40 to blow dry my hair
