Because my kitchen sink drain wasn't used for 3 months I found them in the yellow pages. The project took 10 minutes. Later I discover the cost was $150 more that other local hour minumum charges. I was convinced to buy a very pricey followup enzyme product . Granted it was 3 times the size of other products without their company's name so it better work better???\r
The cable bumped a hole in the black iron pipe and my plumber said I could call back the company and they would next out a different plumber to give me an estimate. Both plumbers came promptly. The 2nd apogogized for the 1st plumber's comments. No. 2 used my RESCUE TAPE product I provided since I was having a LAbor Day party & couldn't afford anything else.
