Review content:
I called the store ahead of time to check for inventory of a specific model I was looking for. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and provided additional information about other models that might meet my needs as well. Her friendly and forthcoming demeanor convinced me to visit the store with my family that same afternoon to look at all the selections at the store. The same lady whom I had spoken through walked us through different models of pianos. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the models they have on the floor. Needless to say, we ended up buying a piano from Classic Pianos. Their customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
