This is the 3rd time we've used Mazon's and we will again for any problems, or when the time comes to replace our unit (which is probably nearing). We called Mazon's once for a heating issue, later a maintenance visit, and most recently an A/C issue. Adam is very honest, kind, and helpful. Our A/C unit is 17.5 yrs old and he could have easily pushed us to replace it. But, he was honest and able to provide a MUCH less expensive fix and told us he's amazed this compressor is still going. He's always responded to our calls/messages very promptly and got to our house in 12 hrs or less each time and that includes one call on New Years Day, and most recently on a Sunday. His prices are very fair and we trust him. I've already recommended him to multiple family members.
