This is Nate, the GM for Hayley's Jet Ski and Boat Rentals. I apologize to the customer below if you felt as though there was any miscommunication. We are consistent in communicating refueling procedures during every inquiry, reservation, and again at the time of the rental when we go over the contract. We have been voted the best rental company on the Space Coast every year since opening because we give you the best service, the friendliest staff, and the best experience on the water.
