i won a free state inspection from the spca so i went to get a sticker and al's said everything passed but my brake rotors al's counter person said they were rusty and thats the reason my 3 year old truck failed.
so i left and went to the dealer where i bought the truck and they inspected the truck and the dealer said there was nothing wrong with the rotors and the dealer said al's was just trying to screw me and surface rust was no reason to fail a inspection.
the dealer also told me the state has no rule for rusty rotors stay away from these rip off scammers
