Review content:
Pegasus manages single family homes, condominiums and townhomes, for individual property owners, and are licensed Real Estate professionals, their primary relationship is with the owner of the property. I feel that Pegasus is deligent in the tenant screening process as well as regular on site property inspections to reduce the possibility of abuse to the homeowners investment property. The Lease contract they use is the standard lease contract from the Houston Association of Realtors. Pegasus has been in business for over thirty years and has a dedicated long term staff of licensed Realtors with excellant knowledge in their industry.
