Review content:
I rent my apartment from this company as do many Rhode Islanders as they own over 100 buildings in the state.\r
When looking for a new place I knew I had to move fast and my dad just so happened to stumble across this company. They were very flexible and sent someone out on a saturday to look at a couple places I might be interested in.\r
I found somewhere I really liked in my price range and was moved in about a week. Everything was hassle free and Joan really made everything easy to understand and catered to my needs.\r
I think the best part about renting from them is the fact that they allow you to transition to a different apartment that they own before the end of your lease if you so choose. This is a great advantage if you find that you don't like the area or if you need to relocate for a job or you just want a change.\r
I have only had one issue in the apartment with the toilet. I called Joan in the morning before work and it was fixed before I even got home. \r
Even if at the end of the lease I decided to move it is likely I would first look at the apartments they had available because I know any issues I have will be easily resolved.
