I have been living in one of the properties managed by Gem for almost 4 years and we have had a great relationship as landlord and tenant. I have always found it easy and friendly working with Joan and the office staff, and they have been supportive and helpful with some of the things I wanted to do to make my apartment more comfortable for me over the last few years. I think working with a property management company is a two-way street and have tried to be helpful on my part to maintain the property and keep things clean and attractive. Communication with them has always been easy and they have always responded in a timely, if not immediate, manor. I am looking to stay here for awhile and I know I can expect the same friendly relationship I have experienced since day one. \r
