Full of Thieves!!! My sister-in-law gave me a surprise bridal shower here. One of my bridesmaids had her camera stolen before the guest even arrived. This happened when the girls were there decorating. Then the manager has the nerve to check my girls bags instead of their own staff!!! One of my guest cards was also stolen, thankfully there was no gift in it. Later on as we are cleaning up we see one of the waitress taking Souvenirs from the tables, she was wrapping them up in napkins and taking them to the back, when my mother asked her to bring them back she pretended she didn't know what she was talking about, and only when we threatened to call her manager did the souvenirs appear back on the table. The service was terrible, the package my sister-in- law paid for included coffee at the end of the night and only 3 people were served coffee when multiple people from various tables kept asking for it. We never got it. What's even worse is management did nothing about any of these issues, the stolen camera, the rude service and lack of service in full filling what the contract included. I give this place one star only because the food was actually good and the only other person to provide good service to us was the bartender. He was polite and attentive. However I am very disappointed in the lack of help we received from management to correct the issues we had. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and we will certainly never use them again.
