Review content:
I took my Windstar in to Schumacher Goodyear to have the passenger side mirror replaced. I provided the mirror; they just needed to install it. After installing the mirror they reported to me that the power switch to adjust both mirrors did not work. The switch worked fine on the driver’s side prior to bringing the van in, however, my word on this meant nothing to the polite-speaking staff. Jason claimed that it must have been a pre-existing condition and would not do any diagnostic work without charging me. He cited fingerprints on the driver’s side mirror, tacitly suggesting that I was trying to chisel them for free work. They refused to consider possible responsibility for a failure on their part. The fact is a something broke while in their shop and they washed their hands of it. \r Fargo-Moorhead has dozens of auto repair shops, many of them have enough integrity to take an extra step when something unexpected goes wrong under their watch. Schumacher Goodyear is NOT one of them. \r
