YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS....THIS HAPPEN TO ME / U Win Towing Company did this to me today...\r

While I was shopping in Walgreen pharmacy 8 mile and Dequinder in Warren , MI. today my car was illegally towed. Upon me calling the towing company the driver came back and stated to me he would return my car if I can prove that I was in walgreen pharmacy. He then proceded to follow me into Walgreen pharmacy where we were met by the manager Eric. Who informed him that I was in Walgreen pharmacy and then asked Him who gave Him permission to do that. The tow truck driver then stated that he had permission from the manager to do it about 6 months ago. Of which Eric the Manager of 5 years of that store informed him that he was the manager and had never given him permission for that. Warren police department was called as well. Which I was told to pursue this matter in civil court. Please help how can he get away with that. Thats a crime. How many other people has he done this to that didn't challenge this to get there cars back without paying a impound fee? And how much money has he made off of unsuspecting victims? The Warren Police Department told me I couldn't file a police report because he brought my car back and there was no damage and to file a civil complaint. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS. First I would like to make this public so that he doesn't do this to anyone else. I would like to see the City of Warren issue a fine for these unethical practices (SCAM), and finally I would like to see all the victims of this scam refunded there money and to issue a written apology to me. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM LIKE ME PLEASE REGISTER A COMPLAINT WITH BBB SO WE CAN STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO SOMEONE ELSE> and please foward this to everone you know so we can get the word out about this towing scam.
