Dear Element,
I can’t tell you how much I appreciated how smoothly everything went during my recent move. I know I called you numerous times to ask you different questions----I’m sure one or two of them were repeat questions and I appreciate that you politely answered them again, knowing that I was just stressing out about my upcoming move.
This was the first time I had ever heard of Element and I was a little apprehensive about using a smaller company but I was mistaken. You and the rest of the people I spoke with during my recent move all were professional, took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and made sure that I was completely satisfied.
You explained that the people doing my move would take good care of my possessions, that they were experts in wrapping furniture up. You weren’t kidding! Not one piece of furniture had a scratch, dent or blemish of any kind on it.
That’s impressive!
I have moved 5 times in the last 8 years and this move was by far, the best experience I have had. Again, I thank you and the whole team of Element Moving and Storage.
