I tried practically everything to get my Dell laptop working, but nothing seemed to help. I even tried replacing the hard drive with another, which worked just fine; but when I tried to put back the old one in a couple of ways, the problem persisted. Fortunately, I have an Advantage Service Plan with DataRetrieval. I have to admit that I was surprised by their quick response and professional service. Without even batting an eyelid the technician quickly scanned the drive and got my files back in order and my laptop drive was as good as new. Thanks, DataRetrieval !
