I have never written a review before but felt it imperative to caution other consumers against what I experienced. I chartered the boat for 9/6/2013 based off of a recommendation from a colleague without going to look at the boat....Mistake 1! I spoke with Toni and was a bit disturbed by her tone and I said as much to her and she explained that she was just busy....Anyway, I went to view the boat's location 2 weeks before my event and I was disappointed in the ramp to get to the boat! The ramp is very steep and requires caution when using. I called Toni and asked if they could pick my party up at an alternative dock and the conversation went downhill from there. She gave the phone to her husband and he was just as short tempered as Toni. Unfortunately, I have already paid for the boat, the company doesn't offer refunds nor re-scheduling. I was so disturbed by my conversation with Joe and Toni I decided to ask another family member to just go on the boat at no cost so that it wouldn't be a total loss of money! Unfortunately for me, this leaves me scrambling for other birthday plans! To anyone considering this company, my advice to you is to heed the reviews, go and view the boat and its location, and make sure that you can handle Toni's personality and tone.
