Review content:
I have rented from R & B Properties for five years and have had no real problems with the company until now. The companies new policy that old tenants MUST have renters insurance and that new tenants will be required to take out a &100,000 liability policy from a company of their choosing is not on my agenda as well as the fact that I have reached the top of what I am willing to pay for rent. They keep raising the rent and there is a limit to what a person can afford so I am moving to a house rented by the owner. It is twice the size and less then half the pricw. Wonder how much the owner here is recieving and what thier cut is.
