I definitely agree with Jessy. Three of us went in for tattoo's and one of us got done by Wes - who did an amazing job and after two hours of sitting in the chair, charged $200... seemed fair to me. On the other hand, two of us got tattoo's done by Justin, after looking at his artwork online we thought he would do a good job, but after giving us tattoo's that were only 30 minutes a piece, we got charged $200 each for them. Same tattoo on each of us, yet the second one he did was half-assed and barely shaded compared to the first. So he made $400 in an hour, compared to Wes, who is AWESOME who charged $200 for TWO hours. Justin is a greedy guy, and I would not recommend him to anyone. If you don't go to Wes at New Age... then go to Rendezvous.
