My star ratings are based off the second time Quality First Home Improvement came to our home. The first time was an absolute disaster. We were left completely unsatisfied. They did a horrible job; siding was falling off, things were hanging from the cross ways on the wall. Their work was totally useless. When we called them with our concerns, they made a lot of promises over the phone, but we couldn't get anyone to take a look at it. Sometime later, we were called to take a survey, and when they heard how displeased we were, they sent someone over. Sure enough, the new gentleman in charge told us that they would fix everything. A few days later a new crew arrived to redo it all. THEY did an excellent job. They took off every piece of siding off and redid all of the trim work. If we could keep the same crew as that second time around, we would use them again without a doubt. It came out perfectly -- the way it was supposed to be the first time. The person in charge of the project the second time deserves a GOLD STAR.
