Review content:
Great combination of friendliness and proffessionalism from everybody I dealt with there from Dr. Yu to his assistant, to her assistant, to the receptionists. Just a great friendly vibe/attitude from everybody there.
Prompt service, no rushing, exceptionally clear/thorough/attentive answers to all my questions.
I didn't have a surgical procedure, so I can't evaluate in that respect, but that is a testament to the fact that Dr. Yu is clearly not one to push work if it might be unnecessary. (A cautious recommendation to ""keep an eye on my gingival recession over time"" in my case).
The topper is they didn't even charge me for almost an hour of their time and expertise...a thorough exam, evaluation, and even some adjustment/light smoothing of a chipped pair of teeth to slightly improve bite clearance. (Because of the referral from my dentist perhaps?)
Normally I would be sure to point out even minor negatives, but I'm at a loss in this case. Didn't even have the standard bunch of cheesy wall photos of models w/ photoshopped teeth.
Higly recommended.
