We handled my father's passing through Heritage, and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. They were polite and understanding, and did everything that they were supposed to in a timely manner. Andy even obtained a burial flag (on short notice) for my dad since he was a veteran. \r

I went back to Andy 6 months later to ask him to transfer my father's ashes into a flag case urn that I had purchased elsewhere. Not only did he transfer the ashes for me (at no charge), he re-folded the flag for me several times until it was perfect (he insisted that it be perfect), and he helped me get the name plate on straight and evenly. Now my dad has a dignified resting place. \r

It's a morbid business, but when you have to deal with it (as we all do sooner or later), Heritage makes it easier to get through with their professional service.
