I AGREE WITH ALL REVIEWS...THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK IT MAY BE A MOTHER DAUGHTER TAG TEAM. THEY GAVE ME A DAY OF FRIDAY ONLY FOR A TECH TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND ONCE THAT WAS ESTABLISHED THEY GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT WINDOW OF 1-5. CALLED ME AT 355 TO TELL ME THE TECH HAD AN EMERGENCY AND COULDNT GET TO ME UNTIL 6PM AND WOULD I BE HOME. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN OFF A HALF A DAY AND HAD OTHER ENGAGEMENTS TO ATTEND TO. THE YOUNGER LADY PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IF I COULD NOT TAKE THAT THEN SHE COULD RESCHEDULE ME. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER CAUSE CLEARLY I WAS HEARING INCORRECTLY. THE PART OWNER AS SHE REFERRED TO HERSELF GOT ON THE LINE AND SAID ""MA'AM"" I JUST NEED TO CONFIRM SOMEONE WILL BE AT THE HOUSE BETWEEN 5-6. I PROCEEDED TO TELL HER WHAT I TOLD THE YOUNGER GIRL AND SHE SAID I LIVED FAR AND NO OTHER TECH SHE WOULD SEND AND IF I DIDNT LIKE IT CALL BACK TO MY WARRANTY COMPANY AND COMPLAIN TO THEM. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A STOVE FOR OVER A MONTH AND THIS WAS THEIR SECOND TRIP TO MY HOUSE. THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT APPEASING OR PLEASING A CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES THEY HAVE NEVER TAKEN. I WILL BE WRITING THIS POST ON EVERY LOCATION I CAN FIND. OH AND I AM A REAL CUSTOMER AND THIS IS VERY FRESH ON MY MIND AS IT JUST HAPPENED 20 MINUTES AGO. THEY DONT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS. I WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB, THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND WHOEVER ELSE I NEED TO TO WARN THEM OF THIS BUSINESS.
