I boarded all my pets at this facility for two weeks, from 12/23/09 to 1/5/10. I have two cats and three dogs. When I dropped them off the staff was very friendly. My dogs all wagged their tails when they saw the staff and just fallowed them to go in their kennel. I liked that they asked me how I wanted my pets fed and if any of them had medications and if it was ok to give my dogs treats. My cats are normally very shy but they seemed to love it the staff put my cats in a double-decker suite. It was very clean when I dropped my pets off and when I picked them up. I even got to talk to the professional pet groomer and had made an appointment for my dogs and cats to be groomed on January 5th 2010. When I picked up all my pets they all were happy and wagging their tails. They all smelt and looked wonderful. My girly dogs had bows in their hair that was hand made from Tokyo the professional groomer informed me and a bandana on Georgie. I was so impressed I have already made my booking for my next vacation and am happy I can relax knowing that my pets will be well cared for.
