100% IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH TO RATE THIS AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR BUSINESS. I am in Florida using my brothers vehicle and the exhaust system has failed. I took the car to a franchised repair facility and was given a $2200 estimate of repair to replace the entire system to include the catalytic converter. I called mike in MN and he explained the likely problem for this 1999 Lexus. I then took a leap of faith to locate on the internet a pure exhaust repair location. I went there and the owner had my story told to him and without couching, his man went right to the collar located inline with the motor and exhaust system. He took out a saws all and cut it out, replaced it, started the car up and WALA a quiet car!!!!and $164.15 in charges of which $30 labor and $125 for the part and tax of course. MIKE HIT IT ON THE NOSE WITH OUT SEEING THE VEHICLE AND SAVED ME $2000 \r
MIKE IS SMART, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND HONEST HE WILL NEVER DO SOMETHING TO YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS IT IS REALLY NEEDED. A great find for the consumer!!!
