Review content:
I've had great luck renting from here and have been a repeat customer three years in a row. Whether you need a unit for a month or a year, they work with you and usually give you a good deal. I always get a unit on the first floor, inside. My only complaint, is that in the three years I've been there, only once, we forgot to take our lock after moving and the person helping me, put it back on. I didn't find out until 15 days after I was supposed to be out and they tried to charge me 1/2 month. I figured I had been a loyal customer for long enough and a small error didn't justify the charge. And, I miss Bill, the old manager. The new one isn't as laid back. He might not waive a fee if you were charged extra for something.
