DO NOT EVER!!!!! RENT OFF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r I am in the process of trying to get a class action lawsuit filed against IREMCO for fraud slander and libel. I rented at Lavinia Gardens for 3 years and could not afford another apartment and complained monthly about problems with the apartment and the property manager. They never fixed any problems such as leaked sink and hot water heater problems( spitting out boiling hot water when you turn it or when you try and get hot water its ice cold. Also had mold that they would not fix and several other issue and they would come into my apartment almost weekly without my permission and complained about that to. When my lease was i was trying to find another apartment and they allowed me to go month to month for $50 extra and when i moved out they did a walk through and signed off on the apartment that it was in good condition and months later sent me a collection notice $2400 form United Credit and Collections stating that i had a past due balance and damages to the apartment.
