I DEFINITELY WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I (DIDN'T) RECEIVED FROM THIS OFFICE. WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS NEVER GREETED AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER CUSTOMER THERE (WHO ALSO WASN'T RECEIVING ANY SERVICE) BUT THERE WERE 3 EMPLOYESS WORKING. THEY WERE ALL TALKING AND LAUGHING AMONGST THEMSELVES AND NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME. I KNOW THEY KNEW I WAS THERE BECAUSE THEY EACH MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME DURING THE TIME I WAS THERE BUT NEVER EVEN SAID HELLO OR EVEN SMILED. I WAS HOPING TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT WITH HOPES THAT THE REPUTATION OF THEM GIVING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST A RUMOR. SHOULD I HAVE FELT PRIVLEDGED TO BE THERE INSTEAD OF ME BEING A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER FOR THEM? I WAITED AND WAITED UNTIL I JUST COULDN'T WAIT ANYMORE. I GUESS THERE IS TRUTH IS SOME RUMORS. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RETURN.
