I moved to St.Louis 17 months ago from the U.K and have frantically been looking for my forever hairstylist/salon. I can finally say with confidence that I've found my stylist, Trisha one of the owners and my fave salon -- salon Dacota. I arrived there on a Saturday after managing to book a last minute appointment on the Friday, with Trisha the owner, which I'm told is a rarity as she is in high demand. I'd gone from very long hair to a bob, which wasn't terrible, but just not what I wanted. I have lots and lots of wavy hair so I need someone who knows how to tame that beast. Trisha was great to talk with, fun and comforting as she knew what I was asking and explained to me what I needed changed about my current cut.\r \r I felt in safe hands - speaking of hands, they actually give you a complimentary paraffin hand dip, which feels amazing after you peel it off. \r \r She took her time and colored and cut my hair and made it look beautiful. The other stylist were also super friendly and fun to talk with and a very professional receptionist.\r \r I'm going back tomorrow to go even shorter....ekkkk. Excited! I feel confident that I'll get what I need. \r \r Yay! I'm at one now I've found my place to go!
